Free to use does not have to mean open source
Jonix intends to make its software and tools accessible through useful free versions while keeping them proprietary. Optional licenses can fund advanced development, business value, support, hardware, and deeper ecosystem connectivity.
Free core
A meaningful version of Jonix software should be usable without payment for personal learning, experimentation, and everyday use where the product model permits it.
Advanced
Deeper workflows, specialist features, automation, higher limits, advanced analysis, or power-user capabilities can be licensed optionally.
Professional & business
Teams, workshops, organizations, administration, audit, commercial workflows, multi-user control, and support can use business-oriented licenses.
Connected ecosystem
Seamless context sharing, orchestration, managed synchronization, device services, and cross-product automation can form part of paid connected tiers.
Managed services
Hosted infrastructure, managed Nucleus environments, backups, monitoring, updates, and operational support can be offered separately.
Hardware & specialist access
Jonix VCI, cables, devices, firmware capabilities, diagnostic coverage, and other physical products can use their own commercial model.
No intentionally useless demo tier
The goal is for free users to receive a genuinely useful product, not merely a launcher or advertisement. Exact limits will vary because a workshop platform, diagnostic tool, videogame, infrastructure system, and hardware product have different costs and safety requirements.
Paid value supports the future company
Advanced and commercial licenses are intended to support continued development, infrastructure, hardware prototyping, professional support, and the long-term ambition to grow Jonix from one founder into a real team.
Final prices, entitlements, availability, and product-specific limits will be published only when each system is ready. This page describes the intended model, not a current contractual offer.
