Description of Service

Jonix develops software products, digital platforms, videogames, simulation technology, 3D and creator tools, automotive systems, embedded hardware, connected devices, and infrastructure. Our portfolio includes Nucleus, Helix, Ion, Momentum, JonixOS, Echo, Jonix Garage, Jonix Trace, Jonix VCI, JVR, Living Worlds, and legacy products such as Filenect. These products and services are provided "as is" during our development phase.

Intellectual Property

The Jonix name, logo, product identities, website content, proprietary software, hardware designs, technical assets, and original creative work are owned by Jonix or their respective rights holders. Third-party open-source dependencies remain subject to their own licences. Jonix software is proprietary. Free access, paid tiers, connected capabilities, hardware terms, and commercial licensing are defined per product and may change while products remain in development.

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Not attempt to disrupt or compromise our services
• Not use our services for illegal or harmful purposes
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

Limitation of Liability
